How to represent artificial stream network in DEM

Hi, all.

I'm a Japanese university student.

Recently, I began to use InVEST NDR model on QGIS.

But now, I'm facing a problem with making correct flow directions & flow accumulation from DEM (10m mesh) , because the object of area where I want to evaluate is level ground widely.

Furthermore, the area has peculiar stream networks due to the artificial water course used for irrigation or simply agriculture.
(Refer to the attached photo please)

My purpose is to represent the nutrient delivery movement in the agricultural area spatially with QGIS, so this problem is so fatal.

Could you give me some advice?

Hi, do you have ArcGis? there's an extension called ArcHydro, you can do a reconditioning DEM to force your DEM to a specific stream network.

In QGIS I don't know if they have any tool that make the same.
