KeyError: 'transition_map'

jalpjalp Member
Hello, I'm trying to run RIOS for groundwater recharge objective. I got an error which I cannot figure where it comes from. Any ideas?

Any help would be much appreciated.

N.B. I searched for the error in forums, yet I didn't encountered any reference for it.

(Attached the whole log file)

The error message is:

Hi @jalp, the line the exception raises no longer corresponds with what we've got in the code base.  Is it possible you're using an older version of RIOS?  If so it may be that you've encountered a bug that no longer exists.  Would you be willing to try out the current version and then letting us know if you're still experiencing that error?

Hello Rich, I figured out what the error was. My rasters differed slightly in their size. I clipped all of them to be the same size and now the error is gone. I'm using the 1.1.16 version.
