Natural Capital Symposium Contributed Talks Submission Deadline: February 15!

HenryBHenryB Member, Administrator, NatCap Staff
The deadline for submitting proposals for contributed talks to the biennial* Natural Capital Symposium is this Saturday, February 15th. Taking place on Stanford’s campus from March 23-25, the Symposium is just over a month away. We’re finalizing our plans, are you finalizing yours? Our new Natural Capital Symposium information page has the latest news about guest speakers, the schedule of events for each day of the symposium, and other useful information. We’d love to have you there--register for the Natural Capital Symposium today!
The schedule is almost full, but to meet demand for opportunities to present at this year's Symposium, we've added an additional session of 5-minute lightning talks. Several presenters will give short introductions to their work, and then we’ll break into small groups so that participants can meet each other and share ideas. These slots are going to fill up quickly as well, so don't delay--submit your abstract. If you're worried about not having the ability to get involved with the Symposium after the February 15th deadline, never fear, we are accepting poster submissions into March.
We are looking forward to an exciting and inspiring three days.  Please join us.

*Yes, that means every other year.  We will be hosting the Natural Capital Symposium only on odd years, so your next chance to engage with this exciting community of researchers, practitioners, business people, and other leaders will be in 2017--all the more reason that we're looking forward to seeing you at Stanford this March.
