Customizing sediment depth in Blue Carbon Model

Is it possible to change the sediment depth value, or can the model only be run with the default of 1 meter when calculating carbon stocks?  I did not see depth listed as a variable in any of the input tables.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi AOwre21,
At this time, the sediment depth value is hard-coded at 1-meter.  In a future release of InVEST we intend to make this a variable input using the "carbon.csv" table.

In the meantime, it should be possible to trick the model by adjusting your storage value in the carbon.csv along with the percent soil disturbance.  This will allow you to calculate changes in soil carbon for a LULC type (e.g., mangroves) where soil carbon is at a depth greater than one meter.
