Habitat Risk Assessment error - input types

I'm running the Habitat Risk Assessment model in InVEST 3.1.0 and am encountering an error; "TypeError: ufunc 'bitwise_and' not supported for the input types, and the inputs could not be safely coerced to any supported types according to the casting rule ''safe''"

This makes it sound like it's probably something to do with the format of one of my inputs, but I'm unable to figure out what or which. The preproccessor ran without issue, but running the main model produces this error toward the end of a raster stack calculation.

I'm attaching my run log, and would be grateful fir any insight into what the problem might be and how to go about fixing it. Thanks!
