Hi,

I'm getting an error using the carbon model and do not know what it means. I've changed file types and made sure all of the columns match. Here's the log file:

Arguments:
carbon_pools_uri C:/Users/ea24548/Documents/Ancash/ecosan_agb_bgb.csv
do_biophysical True
do_uncertainty False
do_valuation False
lulc_cur_uri C:/Users/ea24548/Documents/Ancash/ecosan1.tif
workspace_dir C:\Users\ea24548\Documents\Ancash

  • Hi Erica,

My initial guess is that the one or more of the values in the carbon pool columns are not in numerical format. Could you please make sure the values are floating format?

    Thank you,

    Brad
  • Hi Brad,

Thanks for the suggestion. It worked!

    Best,
    Erica
