Ho do I resolve this error? The only sptial dataset participating is the current landocover raster which has its projection defined in UTM meters.

This error means that GDAL can't find or can't open your landcover raster for some reason.

When you run the tool, GDAL will generally print a more informative error to the black cmd window that opens up along with the InVEST UI, something in the form of "ERROR: ..." could you let us know what that error is? That will help with debugging.

In case we don't resolve this issue, I've added a more helpful error message to be raised inside get_cell_size_from_uri for when this issue comes up in the future. Offhand I notice that 'lulc_fut_uri' is apparently passed in as a valid dataset arg, even though there is no path defined.
