Recurrent error

Hello!

When running the program, an error pops out. 

I´ve been trying to workaround the problem, but I think it is time to ask for help. The error is "TypeError: float() argument must be a string or a number"

    Hi @JRodriguez -

    Thanks for posting all of that information. It's possible that there's an issue with either your LULC classification table or biophysical table - look at them and see if they have the same format as the sample data. Or, do you happen to be providing budget information that is using commas instead of periods for decimal values? It would also be helpful if you would post the whole logfile that RIOS creates, so we see what is leading up to this error. Thanks.

    Looking at that error, I would also suggest looking at your LULC raster and make sure that the Value (that contains the lucodes) is an integer.

  • Hi Stacie.

    I checked the LUCL raster and the the .csv tables. I found some rows and columns filled with a coma“,”. I completely deleted these rows and columns, and RIOS worked perfectly fine. Also, I did this on another computer, I do not know why a could not see this problem before (in my previous computer).
