SDR Error

Can some please take a look at this error message from SDR? the model ran for some time and gave some .tiff output but it couldn't finished executing and I think some of the results are missing.

    Hi @haliberry29,
I'm guessing that there are no valid data overlapping some of the
raster outputs. That could be because your DEM isn't pitfilled and the
model is not able to route in regions where you may have a polygon, or
it could be because you might have a watershed polygon totally outside
    your raster stack input.

    You could take a
look at the raster output in your workspace to see if it's a routing
issue, otherwise I'm happy to take a look if you can dropbox me your
    datastack to richsharp@stanford.edu.
  • since this is my first time of running InVEST, I will drop the data for you, that way I can learn a lot about my data and its preparations.

    Thank you Rich!

Hi @haliberry29, I'm sorry it's taken me a while to get around to this, but looking closely the data you sent me seemed to be for the hydropower model. And the error in SDR seemed to be about a polygon that might lie outside the area of any defined data.

It's possible we've fixed all of that, but without your data stack I can't be sure. If you're interested in trying the latest development version of InVEST you might find that it's either fixed your issue or will have a more helpful error message: http://data.naturalcapitalproject.org/nightly-build/invest-forks/richsharp/InVEST_3.5.0.post712+ha802ecd972dc_x86_Setup.exe
