Here is the error message

06/06/2018 20:11:15  osgeo              ERROR    [errno 3] Free disk space available is 1241190400 bytes, whereas 2263194784 are at least necessary. You can disable this check by defining the CHECK_DISK_FREE_SPACE configuration option to FALSE.

followed by this 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'SetProjection'

I ran this particular set of inputs with different precipitation and evapotranspiration tifs and it ran fine. all of the projections are the same what could the problem be ? really disk space ?

Are your input rasters really big? InVEST can take up a lot of disk space if the inputs are large. I've never gotten this particular error, but is it possible that you don't actually have enough disk? In the past, when I've gotten the 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'SetProjection' error, it usually is because I'm totally out of disk space, so maybe osgeo is being kind enough to warn you with a more reasonable error first?
