NDR result question

Hi all

I am running 3.3.3 version of the NDR. My understanding is export=load*(1-eff),but my model results display that there is a big difference between n_load_tot and n_exp_tot in the shapefile. 

Is my relationship between load_n and eff_n misunderstood, or is the parameter setting wrong?

    Yes, there may be a big difference between load and export, especially if there is a lot of vegetation between a pixel and the nearest stream that might retain some of the load. The retention depends on the efficiency values that you assign in the biophysical table, so if there are high values of retention assigned to the LULCs, then you'll get low export. It is always worth looking closely at the model inputs (and perhaps some of the model's Intermediate outputs) to see how they help explain the patterns that you see.

    As following tables show the max efficiency value that I assign in the biophysical table  is 0.84. But the result of the model show that all of the efficiency values are greater than 0.90.

     Why the efficiency values in the result are higher than the efficiency value that I assign in the biophysical table ?

    Is my relationship between load_n and eff_n misunderstood, or is the parameter setting wrong?
