No Data Values : SDR model results

I was successfully run the SDR model with InVEST 3.3.2 but I am not really sure with the output results.
Most of the sed_export and sed_retention value resulted with NO DATA values.
Is this a possible results? I had set up the data input same as the example data.
I attached the input and output  in this link below.

Thank you,

Hi Ridlo,  Thanks for including your inputs and outputs!  I took a look, and all of the nodata values appear to be happening around hydrological sinks.  Could you try filling your DEM with your pit-filler of choice (such as Archydro or SAGA) and try running SDR again?

  • Hi,
    Thanks for the input!
It works well after filling the DEM but the results was weird. The highest sediment export is 5616 ton/ha/yr which I think it is highly over estimate. Or is this a normal result? Do you have idea why its happen?
I update my output and input in the drop box.

The pixel values can be very high (note that they are expressed in ton per pixel).
You should compare your results with watershed-scale sediment export (obtained from TSS, total suspended solids, measurements). You can also have a look at the publications on our website if you want to learn more.
