Water Yield stuck reprojecting

I'm attempting to run the Water Yield model but It keeps getting stuck after this step (see final line of log below) - I've left it for 14hrs, and it is not doing anything (using 3%CPU, 131MB memory). I'm running Windows 10 and have 2TB of hard disk space, 16G ram.
pygeoprocessing.geoprocessing INFO     ReprojectImage 100.0% complete D:\Water\tmp\tmpwrh5mm, psz_message

The projection of the all rasters (.tifs) & .shps is +proj=aea +lat_1=29.5 +lat_2=45.5 +lat_0=23 +lon_0=-96 +x_0=0 +y_0=0 +ellps=GRS80 +units=m +no_defs so I don't understand why it is reprojecting. The rasters are bigish, 550 million pixels, and range from 100MB to 4GB, depending on whether they are floating point or INT4S.

Any suggestions much appreciated!

  • Hi Claire, could you post the rest of the error message? There's a number of things this could be.

And also if you want to dropbox me your data to richsharp@stanford.edu, I'd be happy to run it on my end to see if I can recreate that issue.
